Hainanfl.com was launched on August 18, 2020, under the brand of Grandshine  Education (Hainan) Co., Ltd. Adhering to the concept of “Connect, Empower, Persevere” it dedicates itself to set up a multilingual learning and language service platform for Hainan Free Trade Port, and to build a system of “self-learning, automatic assessing and continuous learning” to promote citizens’ foreign languages proficiency and international communication ability.

Relying on professional language service capabilities of more than 28 languages, we carry out foreign language training for government, business, police, and various industries, provide translation, dubbing, multilingual website localization and multilingual information consulting services, fueling the development of Hainan Free Trade Port and its connection to the world with language and cultural services.
